The Challenge

Wolf Transactional Risk runs lean by design — three people, no IT staff, counterparties who expect institutional-grade professionalism. They needed the infrastructure of a much larger firm without hiring one.

02

The Constraint

A firm this size can't absorb enterprise complexity or enterprise invoices. Everything had to be maintainable by a phone call — and credible under the scrutiny of counterparties who notice how data is handled.

03

The Approach

Fractional technology leadership, end to end: the firm's public site; a secure internal intranet on Azure built to SOC 2-aligned standards from day one; field-to-CRM capture that turns a photo of a conference name tag into a CRM record; and an ongoing managed retainer for whatever comes next.

04

The Impact

A three-person firm operating on infrastructure most firms ten times its size would recognize. Technology stopped being a founder distraction. The first engagement became a standing relationship — the strongest endorsement a first project earns.
