01

The Challenge

Tools alone don't change how a firm works. Wolf's principals needed AI in their own hands for the everyday work — drafting, research, document handling — without a consultant in the loop for every task.

02

The Constraint

The measure of success was our own absence: enablement that increases a client's capability rather than their dependence on us.

03

The Approach

Working sessions built around the firm's real documents and real matters — not generic training. Each session ended with a workflow the principals ran themselves. We learned the firm's processes as we taught, and kept proposing what to automate next; that standing conversation is where the intake agent was born.

04

The Impact

The principals self-serve daily AI workflows. The firm's capability compounded — and when a bigger automation opportunity surfaced, they knew exactly who to build it with.
