Terms of service.
Effective August 18, 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, which control if they conflict with anything here.
1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Aion Labs LLC, a Georgia limited liability company with a notices address of 8735 Dunwoody Place, Ste R, Atlanta, GA 30350. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This is an informational website describing our services and our work. Nothing on it is an offer, a proposal, a quote, or professional advice — legal, financial, security, or otherwise. Case studies describe work delivered under specific conditions and are not a promise of the same result for anyone else. No engagement exists between us until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Booking a call and submitting a referral
When you schedule a call or submit the referral form, you are asking us to contact you about that enquiry, and you consent to us doing so by email or phone. You agree the information you give us is accurate, that you are entitled to share it, and that you will not submit anyone else’s personal information you do not have a reasonable basis to share. We handle what you submit as described in our privacy policy.
4. Referral program
Where we publish referral compensation, it applies only to referrals we accept and that become paid engagements, is calculated on the initial engagement value net of taxes and third-party pass-through costs, and is payable after the first invoice for that engagement has cleared. We decide in good faith whether a referral is qualified — a company already in conversation with us is not. We may change or end the program at any time; changes do not affect a referral already accepted in writing. Nothing in the program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship, and you may not represent yourself as authorized to act for us.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its contents — text, design, code, the mark, and all other material — are owned by Aion Labs LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from the site, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission. Third-party names appearing on this site belong to their owners and are used to describe work, not to imply endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach its security or authentication measures;
- submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions, or use the site to send unsolicited communications;
- interfere with the site’s operation or place an unreasonable load on it; or
- use the site in violation of any applicable law.
7. Third-party services
The booking page embeds a third-party scheduling service. Your use of that embedded service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
8. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aion Labs LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Aion Labs LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for any dispute arising out of or relating to this site.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that date is acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
