01

The Challenge

A boutique law practice had the small-firm problem: the CRM only works if someone feeds it, and nobody has time. Leads went unlogged, follow-ups lived in heads. The principal said it plainly — he didn't want to use the CRM; he wanted to trust it.

02

The Constraint

Three people, zero tolerance for new software to babysit. The system had to run without anyone operating it — and a law practice's intake can't drop a call or mangle a name.

03

The Approach

We started with the process, not the tool: mapped how matters actually arrive and where the hours go. Then built an intake agent that runs in the background — voice-layer first-pass conversations, automatic triage, CRM records that write themselves, qualified matters moved to a booked conversation. Runs on dedicated hosted infrastructure we operate.

04

The Impact

Manual intake time cut roughly in half, and those hours went to outreach and client conversations. Low-value inquiries filtered before they cost attorney time. The CRM became what the principal asked for: current, trusted, untouched.

What would you automate if it ran without you?
